cornelius... the man

ah cornelius the man honestly i'd like to fashion my life after this mans faith in God you see his story takes place in acts chapter 10 of the bible it correlates with the rock's(peter) story lets look shall we cornelius the good book says was a God fearing man as well as his whole family there was only one problem with this according to the early church anyone non-jew was considered unholy and unclean dumb well as the story progresses we find that due to cornelius faith God had a master plan to open the eye of the church God sent an angel to cornelius commending his faith and said to send people to find peter and at the same time God was giving peter this crazy dream about animals in a sheet and killing and eating which wasnt peters forte so he was all weirded out and told God we couldnt do it it was unclean and peter had never eaten anything unclean and God told him nothing he made was unclean and peter just didnt get it well around that time is when the people cornelius sent showed up and nabbed peter and took him back to cornelius house when he got there and cornelius told him what God had said to him and finally it clicked in peters head what the dream was about it wasnt about food and eating it was about God's people you see God wanted the church to know that his promises werent just for the jews but for all who believe in God and so peter changed his aim from the small target of the jewish nation to the much larger target including the whole freaking world wow im getting all excited cause God loved us all so much so back to the story God used cornelius the non-jew to show peter the jew that Jesus died on the cross not just for the jews but for all man kind everywhere and everyone thats why cornelius is my favorite bible person dude cause i want to be used like that i want God to use me to share His awesome message with the whole world that message being that Jesus did die on the cross and he did rise from the dead three days later and he is alive today and does work in the lives of all those who confess His name and believe in their hearts that he did what he did and can do what the bible says he can do which is forgive any man and woman of any and every sin as long as they repent and follow after Him(Jesus) the message shortened even shorter Jesus died and rose from the dead to forgive the sins of every man so that they might live eternally with him in heaven woot woot lets hear it for the big man up stairs for having the master plan so whos with me and wants to live like cornelius and follow after God and be used by God to share God's message of His son Jesus please read Acts chapter 10 of the bible and then proceed to read the rest of the bible again and again and again and... im done here

i'm freaking tired

wow i'm tired and blogging bad ideal if you ask me i really don't know why i'm up other than i just spent the two hours trying to figure out how to run the internet on windows on my mac by the way this is was for some reason impossible at my house and exceedingly frustrating either way i downloaded vmware fusion and all is well now and just for the record pc's really do just plain suck mac is a far superior computer and operating system well to all or none who may or may not be reading this thanks for the vent time and i love ya for tuning in please tune in next time for neat story about cornelius my favorite bible person dude peace out

for starters

for starters this is what i'll be doing in my free time in which i seem to have to much of these days hence the name meaningless boredom goes blogging i'd like to also use this space to reach out to others in search for truth thats spiritual truth by the way its just that i have a personal relationship with JESUS and i'm willing to share that with anyone who want to hear it so i'll probably be posting some blogs to the effect of biblical content and spiritual matters in the realm of christianity and since i'll only be blogging when i'm bored the shall be random and whatever seems to be bugging me that day i will make this promise to you readers all matters i write about concerning biblical matters shall be backed up with biblical reference if in the case that i don't i beg you the reader to challenge me to find and post the reference as to non biblical matters it will probably be me just ranting about meaningless drivel that just might bring a smile to your face as for the reason for me blogging i was encourage by my wife and felt it a chance to use the knowledge i have wrapped up inside my college educated head what did i go to college for one might ask well i just graduated in may with a b.s. in church leadership ha ha that makes me laugh b.s. is bachelors of science well i've typed enough as far as i'm concerned please i beg any of you who may be reading this blog please post comments in the form of questions that i might answer them i love a good challenge and to all those wondering why there is not one single period or capitalization except for when i used the name of Jesus it's simply because i can ha ha
